UPDATE 10/31:
contacted apple on 10/24 and they advised that I can exchange to new device or return within 14days.
I went to apple store to exchange but there were out of stock and I have ordered a new one from apple website, waiting for new device to come.
I still have the defect device which I will be returning next week once I receive the new one!
(apple specialist advised me to do this way)
so if you received any defect product from apple, contact apple immediately!

스크린 불량 확인하고 애플에 바로 연락을했구요!
14일 이내 새 제품으로 교환이나 환불 가능하다는 얘길 듣고 애플 스토어에 가서 새 제품으로 교환하려고 했으나 모두 품절되어 새 제품을 온라인으로 오더하고 기다리고 있는 중입니다.
아직 불량 제품을 가지고 있고 다음주에 새 제품이 오면 환불할 예정입니다! (애플 직원이 이렇게 하라고 함)
불량 제품 받으시면 꼭 애플 얼른 연락하셔서 광명찾으세요(?) !!!!
