400-500g squash
150-200g shrimp (peeled and deveined9
3-4 tablespoons chopped green onions
100g (1-2) carrot

60g (1/2 cup) cornstarch
60g (1/2 cup) all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
180ml (3/4 cup) water
For the sauce
