Met-up with four great riders to experience some of the greatest views in our state. My first time on Juniper Ridge, Dark Meadow and Boundary trail east to Council Lake. Ending with a side trip to TakhLakh Lake for a reflective photo of Mt. Adams! 40 mile single track day before a return of 30 miles on fire roads.

Much of the Juniper Ridge trail, along the open ridge top, takes you through an area that burned in 1902 and again in 1918, resulting in the beautiful meadows along the ridge today. This trail was once used by sheepherders as a "stock driveway" from 1900 to the 1930s.
