NGHS won PSW class WGI in 1997 and medaled many times in the 90s and 2000s in PSW at WGI Nationals. They've cooled off recently. NGHS was one of the first groups to march without their band uniforms. Pretty sure this group cemented costumes in WGI with this performance but they had medaled two years earlier with their "pirates" show as well as the "Interstellar Suite" production. this championship performance seemed inevitable after the previous shows from NGHS. Dave Marvin, John Crouch are the masterminds behind the style. If you get a chance check out 96 and 95 also. They're worth it. So is 98.
