It looks like trains arriving and departing one after another at Sanyo-Suma Station on the Sanyo Electric Railway Main Line in Japan (holidays and evening hours). You can see the Sanyo Electric Railway, which is a direct limited express / ordinary train (local train), and the Hanshin Electric Railway (direct limited express, Hanshin Limited Express, ordinary train), which you can get on from Osaka Umeda.

After arriving at Sanyo-Suma Station, the train that stops at this station (normal from Himeji, bound for Sanyo-Suma) will be forwarded to Higashi-Suma Station, and will return and depart as the first train bound for Himeji.
At the beginning of the video, a 3000 series two-tone reprint painting vehicle was running as a normal train bound for Suma, forwarded, and the first train from Suma.

You can also see "ordinary Hanshin Kobe Sannomiya bound" (2 trains) that do not go to Osaka Umeda using Hanshin train limited express trains.
