Ingredients:
2 Fish fillets
Black pepper
Salt
One egg
Bread crumbs
All-purpose flour
Vegetable oil
Dipping sauce
Sriracha hot sauce
Mayonnaise type dressing(50% less fat than normal Mayonnaise )
Tips:
*Coat fish fillets evenly and thicker with flour
*Completely coat both sides with egg wash
*Coat the fish fillets evenly and thicker with bread crumbs
*Fry over medium-low heat throughout, making sure the inside is cooked through
