The incredibly wise and powerful words of US Army Field Artillery Combat Veteran, Jose Belen, touched me so deeply. As someone who gave up his freedom to protect ours, his unique perspective of what is happening right now, moved me so intensely that I had to process it, the only way I know how. I have been connecting to the collective so much lately, having to use connected moving meditation to help me shift the incredibly dense energies that are present so often now.

We ALL have an opportunity to assist those who might have to use force against other Americans to protect and preserve our Republic and the Freedom and Justice it represents. I am SO grateful for everyone who is defending our Democracy, freedom and rights... by intention, education, conversation, vibration or Constitutional Oath, you are ALL so important. The attempt of the Toxic Patriarchy to Destroy Democracy once and for all, to openly sieze power entirely, shows how threatened they are.

The Paradigm has already shifted... Welcome the energy and spirit of Morrigan, the Celtic Crow Goddess who assists with War and Death while Protecting the Land and People.
