Newly released surveillance footage reveals what led to a murder at a light rail station in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood earlier this year.

A May brawl on the Link light rail platform turned into a terrifying scene of violence surrounded by dozens of witnesses. The video shows an argument between two men led to a confrontation involving three people before fists started flying.

At one point, one of the men can be seen in the video reaching into his pocket before making multiple stabbing motions. The victim then falls onto the light rail tracks as the suspect runs away. Charging documents identified the victim as 37-year-old Corey Evan Bellett, a local chef at Harry’s Fine Foods in Capitol Hill.
