This is so very important. I had to figure out just exactly how to make this video. How to balance your mental health and know exactly when something is wrong. Know that you are NOT alone! There are so many free resources out there to help you with your mental health, one of them is taking the first step and reaching out. Talking about it does so much more than anyone gives credit. Don't ever let anybody silence you, and never be afraid to talk about anything to do with you mental health, because it is so important to your every day functions. Please don't give up on yourself! you are so important to so many people and you are going to do great things, contrary to how you may feel right now!

Never hesitate to use this resource as there is no shame in talking to someone about the way you feel.
