My daily life these days is sweating healthily,💦 exercising, and... exercising!
I spend my daily life busy not only with ballet/fitness, but also with sports such as running🏃🏻‍♀/CrossFit🏋/golf⛳.
I highly recommend ballet because I can see it improving my posture and body shape!
I thought it would be a graceful swan... but the reality seems so painful, doesn't it? Hehe😝
