Quebec Winter Carnival (AKA Carnaval de Québec) is held yearly in one of Canada’s oldest cities (Quebec City) and is the LARGEST winter festival in North America! We had the pleasure of spending two days taking in the sights and enjoying the festivities. From eating Maple Taffy and Beaver Tails to riding electric snow trikes and an 800-foot-long toboggan slide, the Quebec Winter Carnival did not disappoint!
