So it was the year of 2021 when I received my diagnosis of Bipolar Depression.

Throughout my whole career, I’ve struggled with having explanations for my actions but have neglected finding an answer as to why. I guess you can say I was afraid. As i set out on my journey of being a better cinematographer, dad, and just a better person. I’m really doing my best to STAY RESILIENT and Mount Up to all of the adversity that comes up. This is my take on my disorder. I hope you guys enjoy.
