Hi Guys,

I’ve teased the Shorts, now here it is, the first full video smoking some beautiful (tiny) cuts of sirloin steak from my local butchers on one of the worlds smallest offset Smokers.

In this video I smoke meat in a 1:8.3 scale model but it's totally pointless in respect of what you can cook in it haha!
I made it myself from scratch and I’m no welder, please be gentle on me LOL. I just had a crazy idea one day to have a go at creating a mini smoker build for my BBQ collection and hobby!
