Bobolo
750g of uncooked water fufu
300mls of water ( maybe less if the water fufu comes already moist)
Leaves/parchment paper/foil paper to wrap up the bobolo
String to tie the bobolo
Mboh ( Groundnut paste)
2 cups of roasted groundnuts ( grind till smooth)
1 cup of water ( more for a lighter consistency)
1 habanero pepper ( optional)
3Tbls ground crayfish
Seasoning cubes/granules/salt to taste.
