Watch the video three times without having on the subtitles. Then watch it again with the subtitles on. Trust me! The first time you listen and the third time you listen to it you will understand more. You may not even need to turn on the subtitles.
After a couple of days, put it on again but this time do NOT look at the screen. Practice your listening skills without having a visual aid.
