This is the second video in a series I intend to create to help new turners make simple, sellable items to fund their shop/hobby. Link to the first video is below. In this video I demonstrate how to make ornamental and functional bird houses on the lathe. These are great craft show, gift shop and market items. The ornamental can be made from scrap wood and can made from plain pine and painted or you can laminate some exotic pieces of scrap wood for a higher end item.
