Whether this person is your friend, family member or romantic partner there are certain things that will happen in all relationships with a narcissist.

After learning this what I struggled with was telling the difference between a toxic person and a healthy person.

I realized that me working on myself was more important than learning everything about narcissism. Learning about narcissism was only going to do so much. The rest I had to do was work on myself.
