Alberto Minoletta is a multi-millionaire with a lot of money from Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory who lives in Paraguay, South America. He presumably received the fifth and final Golden ticket in the 1971 movie, but it was later revealed to be a counterfeit. (The picture of Minoleta used is actually one of Nazi official Martin Bormann, who was rumored to be living in Paraguay at the time of the film’s release.)
