This mods gives you a lot of control over some aspects of GTA IV. It also allows you to teleport to any location. Be sure to download and install the XLive Wrapper before using this tool

How to install Xlivewrapper

1. Extract xlive.dll to GTA IV's directory.

2. Optionally, if you want to see the user interface for Games For Windows in-game,
extract CopyXLiveResources.exe to GTA IV's directory.

3. If you extracted CopyXLiveResources.exe, run it.

4. If you ran CopyXLiveResources.exe, you may now delete it.

5. Play GTA IV!

6. If you have any problems feel free to contact me on my blog, so long as you are
not trying to use this wrapper in an unintended way (different version of GTA IV,
different game, etc).
