Part 2: Jon shares deploying to Norway for cold weather training, and what it’s really like doing the famous ice-breaking. He was deployed to Afghanistan on Police duties and he shares some of the differences from when he was on general duties as a Marine. Lastly, he explains what it was like finding a hidden injury as a veteran, which lead him to sports recovery and competing at two Invictus Games.

Jon joined the Royal Marines Commandos in 1994 and served for 13 years, reaching the rank of Lance Corporal (LCpl).
