In this first episode of the Camis Sincerona series, I tested the recipe for Pamonha in a bag. Stay until the end of the video and find out how I prepared this delicious treat in just 5 minutes!

INGREDIENTS:
- 6 ears of corn
- 200ml of coconut milk
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of softened butter
- Pinch of salt
HOW TO MAKE:
Start by grating the corn cob. Grate well to get the starch out of the cob!
Blend the corn with coconut milk, sugar, and butter until it forms a smooth cream.
Using a spoon, pour the liquid into the bags and cook in boiling water for 50 minutes. Or, microwave the pamonhas for about 5 minutes, turning the bag over from time to time.
