The treatment of menopause and perimenopause, especially mood swings, crying spells, lack of concentration, fatigue, depression, bloating, constipation, weight gain can very often be dealt with by changes in lifestyle discussed in this video. Kaegel's exercises (pelvic floor exercises) , which play a very important role in the prevention of urinary incontinence and prolapse uterus, have also been explained. Prevention of osteoporosis, heart disease and high blood pressure can be achieved by an active lifestyle and avoidance of smoking.
