Off-road racing is arguably among the most extreme of motorsports, and it's only gotten more competitive in recent years with the top teams sporting high-tech, multi-million-dollar vehicles and programs. As cool as the sport is, there's still a part of us that longs for simpler times, the good old days when Baja was more akin to the Wild West and the race trucks and buggies still sported carbureted engines.
