3 Days in Rocky Mountain National Park in Colorado is NOT enough, but here's how we spent them.

Day 1 we explored the park and drove the highest road in the continental US.
Day 2 we ended up seeing a lot of wildlife.
Day 3 we hiked to Emerald Lake

From the views at each pull-off, to the extreme winds in the park, to the wildlife, we had a great time just driving around this park.

But if you know us, we enjoyed our hike all that much more! Hiking to Emerald Lake, even in its frozen state, was stunning. With only 750 feet of elevation gain, we had a blast on this relatively easy (and very popular) hike.

We will be back to the Rockies, they were too stunning to not want to see again!
