Today we make my recipe for THE PERFECT CAJUN SEAFOOD BOIL!!! This is one of my favorite things to eat. When I tell you I have eaten my weight in Juicy Crab boils lol I MEAN IT! I also included a SEAFOOD SAUCE RECIPE that's a perfect balance of sweet heat! This is a nice break from soul food recipes, but nonetheless, I hope you enjoy!

FOR THE BOIL (I made a serving for ONE PERSON in the video, but this serves about 3-4 people)

SERVES 3-4 PEOPLE

6 lb snow crab leg or king crab leg clusters
6 lb of colossal or jumbo shrimp, shell on or off (optional)
6-12 ears of corn (1-3 per person depending on size)
5 lb of red potatoes, cleaned
1 crab boil bag (Zatarain's or Louisiana Brand)
1 onion, quartered
10 peeled garlic cloves
4 lemons, halved
1 tbsp chicken bouillon (I use Better Than Bouillon)
1/2 cup Seafood Seasoning like Old Bay

FOR THE SAUCE:

4 sticks of UNSALTED butter
4 tbsp minced garlic cloves (FRESH)
1 tbsp of your favorite Creole or Cajun seasoning (I use Tony's)
1 tbsp granulated garlic powder
1 tbsp granulated onion powder
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp Lemon pepper
1 tbsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tbsp brown sugar
1-2 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice (adjust to taste)
