Part 1 of our trip to East New Britain.

We visited the Tavilo Research Centre at Kerevat, where all of PNG's cocoa varieties are grown and distributed. It houses the chocolate testing laboratory where cocoa beans are brought from cocoa farms around the country to be tested and analysed for research purposes, and development of better cocoa farming techniques, nurseries, etc.
