The Democratic Alliance in the Western Cape will close its election campaign with a final rally in Belhar.

The province is the only one run by the DA.

The rally is expected to be addressed by party leader John Steenhuisen, the Western Cape Premier Allan Winde and Cape Town mayor Geordin Hill-Lewis.
