He shops at Lowe's for new baseboards, trim, tile transitions, and other materials. Jay then meticulously installs all the new trim pieces around the house. He also lays new flooring, paints trim to match cabinets, and installs new stair treads. With each piece Jay provides tips and tricks he has learned. By the end of the long project, the whole main floor has new trim, baseboards, and flooring. Jay shows before and after photos highlighting the major transformation of the home's main floor through his renovation work.
