The first meeting of the Energy Resilience and Efficiency Working Group (EREWG) occurred on May 21, 2024, and was held in virtual format. The meeting included member introductions, an overview of the Maryland Climate Change Commission (MCCC), an overview of Maryland's Climate Pollution Reduction Plan, a discussion on the legislatively required study led by a Johns Hopkins University team, and decarbonization topics for the next meeting.
