INGREDIENTS:
3 large potatoes.
Water.
Green parsley.
Salt, pepper, paprika, dry marjoram.
About 100g all-purpose flour, chopped parsley.
50g Parmesan.
The upper part of the manual juicer.
Vegetable oil (oil for frying).
Fry in heated oil until golden brown.
Sauce:
1 cucumber.
Dill greens.
1 clove of garlic.
A pinch of salt, 150 g natural yogurt.
