⅓ cup unsalted butter (75g)
¼ cup heavy cream (60ml)
2 Tablespoons natural cocoa powder
½ cup powdered sugar (65g)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon salt
Syrup
⅓ cup granulated sugar (66g)
¼ cup water (60ml)
