Try out this restaurant style Methi Matar Malai with fresh flavour of sauted fenugreek leaves and bites of winter fresh green peas in a flavourful gravy with added indian spices to give a wonderful flavour to our creamy gravy, cooked in ghee.

Ingredients:
For the gravy-
2 tbsp oil
1 bay leaf
1 big cardomom pod
2 small cardomom pods
1 small cinnamon stick
3 cloves
5 to 6 black pepper
1/2 inch ginger
2 green chillies
15 cashew nuts
1 cup chopped cabbage
2 diced tomatoes
2 cups fenugreek leaves
2 tbsp oil sauteing fenugreek leaves
1 cup boiled fresh green peas
For the sabji:
1 tbsp ghee/ butter
1 tsp cumin seed
Salt to taste
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chilli powder

1/2 cup water
1/2 cup fresh fresh cream/ fresh malai
