The Conference : The UN has declared 2024 as the International Year of Camelids (IYC 2024) recognizing that camelids provide a vital livelihood for millions of impoverished, low-income families residing in the most inhospitable ecosystems on earth. The intention of this conference is to emphasize the significant role of camelids in terms of food security, biodiversity preservation, and income improvement.
