This video explains how to select Suitable land for Agriculture based on multiple criteria decided by giving weightage to Landuse type, soil type, Slope.

Qgis version used is 3.4. You can use other version as well.

Reclassify is also used. It is used to create new class of raster.
It can be done in two ways in QGIS.
1. Reclassify simiple values
2. r.reclass (For this tool, GRASS should be installed)

This also includes how to-
-Rastarize (Convert vector to raster)
-Clip Raster or extract raster DEM using mask layer (i.e. polygon or vector layer)
-Use Raster calculator
-Select rows in attribute table based on some value
-create new field in attribute table
-assign values to created new field and only to the selected rows
-use reclassify tool to classify old raster into new raster class
-use identifier (the icon with "i") to see the value contained in raster
