Today we're making a prickly pear mead with a syrup! Now before you boo me, I want to acknowledge that the real fruit is much better. I would highly recommend getting a hold of real prickly pears. However, if you don't have access to them you should definitely try this syrup. I'm showing you how to make this mead in a force carbonated and a bottle carbonated method. This mead is super refreshing and I hope you enjoy this video!
