Spinach Dip Pizza

Slow rise Pizza dough Recipe
500 grams flour
1 tspn instant dry yeast
1 tspn salt
1/2 tbspn sugar (optional)
280 ml luke warm water
1/4 cup olive oil or vegetable oil

Spinach topping
500 grams spinach leaves
Boiling water
Medium onion finely chop
2 cloves garlic minced
2-3 tbspb butter or oil
Salt and pepper
125 grams cream cheese
100ml all purpose cream
1/4 cup flour for thickening the topping
Extra flour for dusting
Extra oil or olive oil for brushing

Mix all ingredients until smooth and elastic
Rest 1 to 2 hours

bake on pre heated oven I used 210c bake 15 tp 20 min or 180c 20-25 mins
