Welcome to episode 2 of Before 30! It's my parent’s 30th wedding anniversary, so I thought it would be fun to surprise them with a mini getaway trip to Whistler and make them a 6-course home-cooked meal! 🥰
On the menu, we have sticky pork belly, tea eggs, stuffed chicken wings, pan-fried shrimp, and Taiwanese pork chops. Food has always been my family’s love language, so to celebrate their love, I thought there was no better way to express my appreciation for them than to cook a delicious meal.
