Blake Rocha is built different.

Starting at a young age, Blake had a hunger to make money. He knew how to hustle from burning CDs to drop shipping iPhone cases in High school. After graduating college with a master's degree and looking for a job, COVID hit. Blake looked at this as an opportunity of a lifetime. He created WiseGuy Investing on Discord, an educational community for stocks and crypto that changed his life.

After building a personal brand, Blake jumped into commercial real estate. Buying 25 rental properties all across the country before even buying his first home.
