If you have chest fat you can’t seem to lose, in today’s video I’m going to cover some reasons why that might be. Losing stubborn fat, anywhere on the body, is not always an easy task.

Hopefully you can be aware of the reasons we give in this video to help you more optimally lose fat, especially chest fat.

Before I get into the reasons why your chest fat is not going away, there are actually two types of chest fat. And knowing which type of chest fat you have is gonna make it so much easier to lose it.

I don’t have time to go into detail here but we just filmed a video series that covers it in detail called How To Eliminate Man Boobs. And we want to send you those videos for free right now. All you have to do is click the link in the description of this video and enter your best email address and you’ll get instant access to those.

Reason #1: BODY FAT PERCENTAGE IS TOO HIGH. Sounds too simple, but this is where we need to start. If you have a high body fat percentage, then you’re going to have excess fat on your chest. That’s just the way it works. Try losing fat for 60-days and if you aren’t seeing a change, take a look at the next reason.

Reason #2: ESTROGEN LEVELS MAY BE TOO HIGH. Unfortunately male estrogen levels are higher than ever due to certain chemicals and hormones in food and water supply and things we use every day. One of the signs of high estrogen is chest fat. This is gonna take some research on your end. But you’ll want to look up some videos we’ve done in the past about lowering estrogen and boosting testosterone. Lowering those estrogen levels can harden up your chest.

Reason #3: EATING TOO LITTLE PROTEIN. Your muscles need protein to grow and stay chiseled. If you aren’t feeding your muscles enough protein then they’re not going to be as firm and strong. Get more protein in your diet. If you eat more protein and less carbs you should start to see some fat loss too, which will help even more.

Reason #4: NOT TRAINING CHEST OFTEN ENOUGH. Or maybe you do full body workouts and you only do a few sets of chest exercises per week. You want to aim for about 15-20 working sets of chest per week. That means you’ll likely do chest exercises 2, maybe 3 times per week depending on what kind of workout split you’re following.

If some of these reasons are why you are struggling to lose chest fat then now is the time to make some changes.
