This video shows the red meat and seafood products sold at a Costco Business Center. In general, I think beef is too expensive at Costco. I rarely buy beef products there. The best deal is probably the ground beef. And I can't think of a second best deal. As you can see, for rib roasts, it's over $8.00 per pound even for USDA Select. It's just too pricey. It is good to see USDA Prime, Choice, and Select at the same place the same time though.

When there are deals at Safeway, you can buy bone-in USDA Choice rib roast or T-bone/porterhouse steaks at under $5.00 per pound. At Costco, I buy Select rib roast at under $5.00 per pound and Prime strip loin roast at under $8.00 per pound.
