Easy recipe for a great spongy yogurt cake with blueberries! Simple and needs little labour. The ingredients are also fairly simple and ones that you probably have on hand already. Feel free to substitute the blueberries for other berries! :-)

Ingredients (a cake for 6 persons):
250 gr fresh blueberrie
2 eggs
100 gr sugar
500 ml neutral yogurt (around 1,5% fat)
150 gr wheat flour
2 tsp. baking powder
a pinch of salt
50 gr melted butter

Bake in oven (1h in total):
1/ at 200 deg. C / 390 deg. F for 15 min.
2/ at 160 deg. C / 320 deg, F for 45 min.
