Joe is a Marine Corps Veteran, accomplished scholar and advocate for positive change in local and global communities.

With a focus on organizational development, Joe has collaborated with both small and large companies like Merck, Walmart, Bayer, MECCO and Johnson Controls. Those initiatives include, leadership development, embedded consulting, hiring practices, targeted
selection, organizational learning and design, employee engagement and retention, and organizational policies and procedures.
