A couple of brief Adèle Haenel and Céline Sciamma soundbites from the 2019 Cannes Film Festival. WITH ENGLISH SUBTITLES.

This is probably the most tame and straight laced interview of Adèle and Céline I've come across. And it's super short (made even shorter by the fact that I edited out a brief soundbite of Valeria Golino, sorry, Valeria) -- but given the average view time (less than 3 min) of videos, I figured I would do something very short.

A note on the translation: For these few sentences, I chose to stick very closely to the literal original French, thus the English translation sounds a bit awkward (e.g. Céline talking about being "in the picture" and Adèle referencing "friendly roofs"), but it gives a glimpse of their manner of speaking and how the French language is so very different from ours.
