Oxtail
4-5 lb oxtail
1 tbsp oxtail seasoning
1 tbsp beef boullion
1/2 tbsp onion and herb seasoning
1/2 tbsp mrs.dash
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp onion flakes
1 tsp browning
1 cup dry red wine
thyme
allspice

Green Seasoning
1 1/2 medium onion
2 scallions
1 scotch bonnet
6 cloves garlic
thyme
basil
parsley


Rice and Peas
dark red kidney beans
3/4 tsp vegeta (or vegetable boullion)
1/2 tsp Sazon tropical
season salt
green seasoning
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 1/2 cups basmati rice
1 tbsp butter
2 1/4 cup water (including liquid from the kidney beans)
*taste the water for seasoning

platain
coconut oil

Slaw
cabbage
carrot
apple cider vinegar
honey
pepper/salt
