Authentic Kerala Dishes with my personal Touch 😍

Ingredients

Powdered Oats -3/4 cup
Rava (Semolina )-1/4cup
Rice Flour -1/4cup
Wheat Flour -1/4 cup(opt)
Salt
Green chilli -2
Curry leaves-
Ginger -1/4 tsp
Cashewnuts -5
Pepper -few
Asafoetida Powder -2 pinch
Cumin Powder -1/4 tsp
Water - 2 1/4 cup or accordingly

Method

Powder the oats. Take 3/4th cup of powdered oats , ¼ th cup of semolina , ¼ cup of rice flour / 2 tbsp wheat flour, crushed curry leaves, ground ginger, finely chopped green chilly, cumin seeds/powder, crushed pepper and asafetida powder and salt. You can opt what all you want to add to this dosa batter according to your taste. You can also add broken cashew. Keep aside for some time. Add normal water after keepin it for fermentation for 10 mins. A loose batter consistency is the perfect batter consistency.
Now pour the batter on the tawa when the tawa is really hot. reduce the flame after pouring the batter. Always stir the batter before pouring into the tawa. Rice powder will help the dosa to be crispy. Serve it hot.
