Ahh, Moalboal. The premier tourist spot in Cebu. This place is made for diving. Just outside the coast you have this insane school of sardines. And if you wanna take it a step further, you can even go for scuba dives. This place is abundant with diving sites, and I am sure you will not be dissapointed!
