Today I'm excited (and a little nervous if I'm being honest) to share with you our goals for 2023. Our goals for 2023 are almost completely about food and feeding our family healthily.

We've been working on them for the past 3 months and we've been surprised with some of our results. I can't wait for you to watch the video and find out some of what we've learned so far.

Cooking, baking, increasing our garden size, canning, and preserving...this year is going to be full of so much learning and joy!
