The video shows the return of the soldiers who carried out the evacuation operation in Sudan in April 2023. 700 people were saved. The soldiers return with 4 A400M transport aircraft. The A400M land 2 minutes apart. After a short break, Defense Minister Boris Pistorius and Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock made a short roll call with short speeches. Both speeches (German) are shown in full in the video. At the end of the video, the head of the operation, Major General Dirk Faust, has a brief press briefing (German), which is reproduced in full here.
