The Ooni Volt 12 pizza oven is Ooni's first electric pizza oven and I'm excited to finally give it a try. This oven looks amazing, but let's see if it lives up to the hype. For a first bake in a new pizza oven I always stick to the classics. For the first bake in the Ooni Volt it's a Pizza Margherita baked Neapolitan style using the default Ooni settings. Floppy uncooked mess? or mind blowing legit Neapolitan made at home in under 30 minutes? Let's put the Ooni Volt to the test!
