About Mutton Atthey: Mutton Atthey is said to be more than 200-300 years old recipe which is very popular in Deoghar, Jharkhand and is known amoung Deoghar Pandas. This ancient recipe was said to be vegetarian Mutton as it was cooked in pure Desi Ghee without onion and garlic and was used for the Prasad as well. But as the time passed, people adopted different ways to cook it and started to mix onion, garlic etc into this Mutton Atthey.
